Clear Creek Construction’s workflow process is driven by our dedication to Safety excellence from the initial phase of bidding to post-completion. From the start we review our clients’ applicable EHS requirements as well as local, state and federal regulations. This ensures that all of our personnel not only meet and exceed our own requirements but also the requirements of our clients prior to approaching a job site.
Our onsite workflow process begins with a review of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) form. As a result, all employees on site become aware of their job functions/duties for the day, possible hazards that may arise and methods utilized to reduce or eliminate the identified hazards. Our JSA process also allows for employees to voice their concerns, opinions or thoughts on how to improve the safety of daily tasks. Daily inspections are performed on all site vehicles, rigging equipment, fall-protection equipment and tools, and there are random safety audits.
